MENTAL HEALTH POSTER
During the month of May I partnered with my leadership team to create a poster that would give Cast Members information on what apps to download that revolve around mental health. I even made the poster interactive where the cast could scan a QR code and it would take them straight to the app store to download the app to their phone. I feel that for this month I was really able to use all the skills I learned and really help my cast with bringing more awareness to Mental Health.
HURRICANE BROCHURE
Living in Florida comes with it pros and cons, one of those cons being Hurricanes. Each June - November in Flordia there is a chance you will be affected by a hurricane. Me being from Pennsylvania had never gone through one until I lived here, so I created a hurricane preparation guide. This guide was just simple need-to-know facts about hurricanes and how to prepare. Even what happens in Walt Disney World when a hurricane affects the park or resorts, and how cast members can work during these events and stay safe.
CORONADO CAST OFRENDA
During the month of October I created an Ofrenda for Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This was a place where the cast could put up photos of loved ones so that they could visit us on Dia De Los Muertos. I had never seem so much cast involvement before with a poster, almost every cast members had put a photo up on the Ofrenda. It really gave us a sense of "Una Familia".
